Our client, one of the Top Four Financial Consultancies, is looking for Private Asset Consultants. The role is supporting an investment bank client with expertise in real estate knowledge, involving review and analysis of financial statements, reports and models. Experience in Real Estate fund structures is essential.

Location: Hybrid – home and Edinburgh Office. The week will be a 2/3 day split between home and office.

Rate: Dependent on experience.

Working hours: Standard business hours, Monday – Friday

Start Dates: Early 2023

Current contract length: 1 year

Job description:

• Review and analysis of financial statements.
• Producing financial reports/statements for existing and new clients.
• Fund model by analysing income projections, cashflow requirements, and market and transactional impacts.
• Manage the monthly fund capital expenditure schedules.
• Conduct audits and compliance reports.
• Keep track of and review funds to support client's needs.
• Compile valuation models.
• Check integrity of source material such as client accounts.
• Keep up to date on industry changes.

Recomended Experience:

• Experience dealing with complex Real Estate structures.
• Expertise in Real Estate fund structures.
• A Chartered Accountant or an accountancy qualification such as ACCA .
• Knowledge and experience of Yardi and Investran softwares.
