A leading Financial Services company, is looking for a candidate with PMO managerial experience to support a Commercial Banking Project.


Role: PMO Manager

Location: Currently remote working, will be required to go to offices in Apsley. Candidates must be able to travel to Apsley.

Rate: £500-550/day

Start date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 months, possibility of extension 

Responsibilities: 

  • Overseeing the tracking of statuses, project deliverables and milestones.
  • Risk and issue monitoring and escalation.
  • Work with the programme team to embed and drive the adoption of the redress transformation framework across the Redress Centre.
  • Planning and overseeing project and programme level reporting.
  • Monitor, report and manage budgets and project governance. 
  • Proven experience of managing PMO in redress and remediation.
  • Ability and experience of implementing project management control frameworks and ongoing monitoring.
  • Working with external vendors and partners.
  • Implementation and managing governance frameworks.
  • Strong RAID management skills to aid mitigation.
  • Resolution and escalation of programme and project risks, issues and dependencies. 

Experiences:

  • Proven experience of managing PMO in redress and remediation.
  • Ability and experience of implementing project management control frameworks and ongoing monitoring.
  • Working with external vendors and partners.
  • Implementation and managing governance frameworks.
  • Strong RAID management skills to aid mitigation.
  • Resolution and escalation of programme and project risks, issues and dependencies.
