Join a highly regarded ‘Big Four’ firm based in their Crawley offices supporting Case Handlers by carrying out administrative and telephone support for a major Pension Provider, with a specific focus on past business review in relation to retirement options.
- Day rate £120/day
- 6 month contract
Full training will be given and you will have the opportunity to make
full use of your well-developed organisational and administrative skills.
- You will provide
support for queries and incoming correspondence, recording and initiating any
- Keeping the data
capture up to date and providing information for redress decisions and
- Working across a
range of systems to ensure comprehensive collection of
- Information and
- Assist with
customer contact both incoming and outgoing and other parties in relation to
the review of sales of annuities
- Providing project
support where required.
- Up to 12 months
previous customer service experience, ideally within the financial sector.
communication skills, both by telephone and in letter writing
- Ability to think on
your feet and be comfortable with data recording
- Self-starter with a
good work ethic as this is a dead-line driven environment

to manage own workload
