A highly regarded financial services firm, Edinburgh-based, is undertaking a review focused on Pensions compliance.
As a Case Handler, you will be a key point of contact; investigating financial complaints and assessing for compliance with the aim of reaching a fair outcome for all parties in line with FCA guidelines. You will assess cases with varied levels of complexity managing the process from start to finish. Following an in depth investigation, you will produce response letters to be sent to the customer.
This Edinburgh-based role is Monday – Friday, standard hours and is initially offered as a 3 month contract with the expectation of it being extended.
