Experienced Case Handler – Pensions Compliance Review

A highly regarded financial services firm, Edinburgh-based, is undertaking a review focused on Pensions compliance.

As a Case Handler, you will be a key point of contact; investigating financial complaints and assessing for compliance with the aim of reaching a fair outcome for all parties in line with FCA guidelines. You will assess cases with varied levels of complexity managing the process from start to finish. Following an in depth investigation, you will produce response letters to be sent to the customer.

This Edinburgh-based role is Monday – Friday, standard hours and is initially offered as a 3 month contract with the expectation of it being extended.

  •       Minimum 1 year Case Handling experience within Financial Services with at least 6 months of pensions experience
  •           Ability to gather and analyse information, make well-evidenced decisions and be able to explain these outcomes with clarity
  •           Passion for customer service and achieving the fairest solution for the customer  
  •           Proactive attitude to resolve cases in a timely manner
  •           High standards and strong attention to detail
  •           Able to work independently through own caseload and adhere to set targets and deadlines
  •           Investigation and problem solving skills
  •           Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  •           Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office
