A leading Financial Services Firm is looking for a Capacity Planner to join them to support on Remediation Projects.

Role: Capacity Planner

Location: Working from home

Rate: £400 - £600 /day

Start date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 months with possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

• Gather performance data and measure output of projects
• Produce reports to increase and improve achievements and performance
• Implement changes within workstreams
• Perform analysis of current staffing while taking into account forecasted volumes, upcoming attrition and training/project requirements
• Analyse and review workstreams and efficiencies across multiple projects to compare and contrast
• Support capacity planning for all areas without the project Lifecycles
• Provide input and thought leadership on utilizing various tools and enhancements
• Plan and execute ramp ups and ramp downs of headcount at various sites
• Review processes to highlight issues/changes in the plan along with impact on operations and finance
• Create, maintain and disseminate project reports to senior managers
• Manage, track and report non-productive time and training requests ensuring service levels are protected and feed the information into the headcount calculation models
• Build short/long term operational plans
• Determine and implement effective solutions quickly so not to impede business as usual
• Plan and manage data analyses and develop tools for monitoring and measuring data quality and quantity

 Experience:

• Proven experience in Financial Services as a Capacity Planner
• Proven ability to apply and deploy processes.
• Design and improvement of methodology.
• Experience of working with stakeholders
